Project Description

Golden Circle Private Comfort Tour

The tour of Geysers, waterfalls, and Hotsprings

You are not only going to see some of Iceland’s most spectacular nature, but you are also going to experience some of Iceland’s fantastic food and natural hot springs.

A great way to start this day is with a walk between North America and Eurasian tectonic plates, down to where the world’s first parliament was founded over 1000 years ago. This is at Þingvellir national park, UNESCO world heritage.

Another natural wonder is Geysir, also named The Great Geysir. In this beautiful geopark, we have two geysers, and you will be able to see the erupting every 4 to 8 minutes.

We are taking you to Friðheimar, a restaurant inside a greenhouse where tomatoes are grown for our lunch. This is a one-of-a-kind restaurant and for sure the best tomato soup you will have in your life. At their bar, you can have fresh Bloody Marie or tomato beer.

Gullfoss waterfall is the queen of Icelandic waterfalls. It’s not the biggest or the most powerful one, but with her wide curved three-step fall “staircase,” she is a sight to see.

We take you to Iceland’s oldest swimming pool for our final stop, where a small geyser erupts next to it and keeps it at 38-40 Celsius (100-104 Fahrenheit) year-round. The pool’s natural surroundings and steam rising into the air give the place a magical Icelandic feeling.
