This tour combines Iceland’s most famous landmarks with something far fewer people experience: driving onto a glacier in a purpose-built Super Truck. It’s a full day that moves from history and geology to raw ice — done privately, properly, and without rushing.

You’ll explore the Golden Circle first, then leave the crowds behind and head into the highlands toward Langjökull, Iceland’s second-largest glacier.

Journey Through the Golden Circle

We begin by leaving Reykjavík and heading east to Iceland’s classic route — taken at a pace that allows you to actually experience it.

• Þingvellir National Park – Walk through the rift valley where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet, and explore the site of the world’s first parliament.
• Geysir Geothermal Area – Watch Strokkur erupt every few minutes, powered by the heat beneath Iceland’s crust.
• Gullfoss Waterfall – One of Iceland’s most powerful waterfalls, dropping in two stages into a rugged canyon.

These stops are spaced and timed to avoid the worst crowds where possible.

Onto the Ice: Langjökull Glacier by Super Truck

After the Golden Circle, the tour shifts character.

We head toward Langjökull, where regular vehicles stop — and the real adventure begins in our Moonwalker Land Rover Defender Super Truck, built specifically for glacier travel.

Your guide, an AIMG-certified Glacier Guide, drives your private group onto the ice itself. Standing on hundreds of meters of compressed snow and ice, you’ll experience the scale, silence, and power of the glacier — not from the edge, but from the top.

This is not a short stop. You’ll have time to walk around, take photos, and understand where you are and why it matters.
